Established in 1988, Northern Accounting Services Australia has been providing professional taxation and accounting services
as Public Accountants and Registered Tax Agents to local, rural and interstate businesses. For over 35 years we have
been specialising in personal income tax, agribusiness, small to medium business, Self-Managed Super Funds and general
business advice. Our firm continues to grow, largely a result of referrals from existing clients. In 2023 Iannella
Fantasia Pty Ltd, CPA's, came on board to provide additional services to our clients.

Giovanni

Giovanni worked as a Chartered Accountant, Certified Company Auditor and Financial Planner in Italy before moving to
Australia in 2005. Giovanni is now an Australian Certified Practising Accountant and Registered Tax Agent with expertise
in taxation and accounting for small to medium enterprises and the commercial property sector.
Originally from Italy, Giovanni qualified as an Accountant before becoming a Chartered Accountant of Italy, a Certified
Company Auditor and a Financial Planner.
While working as an accountant and studying to become a Chartered Accountant in Italy, Giovanni was exposed to a number
of areas of accounting including audit and working in the banking and insurance sector for a number of years. He was also
helping with the family business.
After visiting Adelaide in 2003 Giovanni fell in love with Australia and in 2005 returned back to Adelaide and decided
to make the move permanent.
In 2009 Giovanni commenced study part time at UNISA and after becoming a Tax Agent in 2010 he also became a member of CPA
Australia.
Giovanni worked for five years in two other accounting firms before joining Iannella & Co in 2010 and in 2017 Giovanni was
made a Partner and the firm became Iannella Fantasia Pty Ltd.
Since moving to Australia Giovanni has acquired an expertise for the Australian tax system and the commercial property sector
and uses his previous knowledge in business advisory services and the financial sector to assist small and medium sized
enterprises. A commitment to excellence in all these aspects is "non-negotiable". Giovanni works closely with his clients to
ensure their financial information is prepared in a robust, practical and efficient manner, from which it can serve as a powerful
tool to make great business decisions.

Peter has an MBA and has been working in commerce and financial management where he has developed skills in bookkeeping, GST
compliance, accounts payable/receivable and payroll obligations. This experience has provided him with the knowledge to move
into public practice where he has been responsible for the preparation of business activity statements, financial statements
and income tax returns.
